Complete this application by:
- December 22nd if you expect to complete degree requirements by the end of the Fall 2023 for a January 2024 graduation.
- March 18th if you expect to complete degree requirements by the end of Spring 2024 for a May 2024 graduation.
Commencement is on Friday, May 17
Diplomas are not issued to students with outstanding debts to the Seminary; contact the Bursar, to discuss and resolve financial/billing matters.
Eligibility for participation in the Columbia Health plan is based upon student status. If you have insurance through the Columbia Health Aetna plan, you must make arrangements for alternative insurance coverage by August 1.

Each graduate receives an OFFICIAL transcript (at no charge) as a secure PDF emailed to their UTS accounts, approximately one month after Commencement. Additional transcripts can be requested here: https://utsnyc.edu/academics/registrar/transcripts/.
